2021 Cazenovia Arts and Crafts Show Exhibitor Application

PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, NO PROMISES ABOUT BOOTH LOCATIONS ARE POSSIBLE SINCE COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC EVENTS FOR NEXT JULY ARE UNKNOWN. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.
General:

Before filling out this application, please read

All work must be original and produced by hand, or with appropriate tools, by the exhibitor. Work must be consistent with images submitted with application. We reserve the right to remove any work that differs significantly from these images, as well as any work deemed inappropriate by the Craft Show Committee.

Booth sharing (up to two artists per booth) is allowed. However, each exhibitor must submit a separate application. exceptions may be considered on an individual basis.

We seek a balanced show, with a variety of quality crafts. Thus, some categories may be limited.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Entry Deadline: applications (including images) should be submitted no later than April 1, 2021. Late applications may be considered at the discretion of the Craft Show Committee where space is available.

Notification of Acceptance: acceptances will be emailed. Watch for yours via email starting May 1, 2021. In order to be notified of your acceptance, you must provide a valid email address.

Refunds: once your acceptance is emailed, fees are nonrefundable, except in emergency situations, as determined by the Craft Show Committee. Fees for applications not accepted will be refunded.
Photo Images:

Only digital images will be accepted for review. Please do not send slides or photographs.

Images should include each type of item you will be exhibiting (more than one item may be in a photo), plus one image showing your booth.

Images should be high quality, in JPEG format, and at least 1000 pixels on one side (not too small).

Images should be submitted to craftfair@cavacambulance.org. The subject line should read "photos" followed by your name.

Images may be used by the Craft Show for publicity purposes.

Important: By submitting this application, along with payment, you agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies of the Cazenovia Arts and Crafts Show and Lorenzo State Historic Site; you acknowledge that property is brought to the show at your own risk and that you will not hold CAVAC, the Cazenovia Arts and Crafts Show, Lorenzo State Historic Site, their officers, agents, or volunteers responsible for loss of damage of any kind.
