Exhibitor Information

  • PLEASE NOTE:   AT THIS TIME, NO PROMISES ABOUT BOOTH LOCATIONS ARE POSSIBLE SINCE COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC EVENTS FOR NEXT JULY ARE UNKNOWN.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO  ACCOMMODATE YOU. 

  • Show dates: Saturday, July 3rd, and Sunday, July 4th, 2021.

  • Location: Lorenzo State Historic Site, Route 20, Cazenovia NY 13035. (Park entrance is on Route 13 South)

  • Show times: Saturday, 10-5, Sunday 10-4.

  • Exhibitors are required by law to collect all applicable state and local sales taxes (8% in Madison  County) and to display a current NYS Sales Tax Certificate at all times.

  • Booths must be staffed by the participating craftsperson/artist and sell only his/her original work.

  • Only that work which has been submitted via digital images to the Craft Show Committee will be displayed and/or sold.

  • All participants must commit to exhibiting both Saturday and Sunday. Failure to comply with this may result in exclusion from future shows.

  • Set up times: Friday, July 2nd, from noon until 6 pm; Saturday, July 3rd, from 6:30-9:30 am. All vehicles must be removed from the show field by 9:30 am Saturday morning.

  • No early packing up. Vehicles will only be permitted on the field after 4:00 pm Sunday afternoon.

  • All spaces are vehicle accessible for set up (weather permitting), but not all spaces have adjacent exhibitor parking.

  • Security: although state park personnel are present during the day, no specific security is provided by Lorenzo State Historic Site or CAVAC, who are not responsible for any loss or damage.

  • Weather:  as with any outdoor show weather can be unpredictable. We require all tents to be staked, tied and weighted down (40 lbs. per tent leg). The show will take place rain or shine.

  • Awards will be given for extraordinary quality, craftsmanship,  creativity, and/or outstanding presentation, and may include Booth Fee waivers for next years' show and/or monetary prizes.

  • Exhibitors will be asked to donate an item in their mid-price range for the Exhibitor Raffle.

  • Hotels and camping: camping or overnight residence on the park grounds is prohibited. Please contact the Cazenovia Chamber of Commerce at 315-655-9243 or by email at info@cazenovia.com, or visit cazenovia.com for information on overnight accommodations.

  • Display spaces and fees:

                25' x 15' (very limited availability)  $ 215.00

                30' x 15' (double booth - no electricity)  $ 275.00
